For 15 years, clients throughout the states of California, Texas, Arizona, Nevada, Florida, Washington, and now Oregon have been turning to Scott McPherson for their mortgage needs. Scott represents C2 Financial Corporation, which is among the largest mortgage brokers in the country. C2 is licensed throughout 30 states and partners with a network of approximately 100 wholesale lenders.
This gives Scott the opportunity to unite the best of both worlds: the resources of a large company with personal one-on-one service. Scott specializes in helping home buyers who have challenging loan requirements and who might face obstacles going through direct lenders. Because Scott has access to C2’s extensive network, he is able to match his customers with lenders that can fit their needs.
Scott McPherson has been in the Mortgage Industry since 2003. Most of his career has been spent helping families fulfill their dreams of being homeowners. Scott previously worked for two Fortune 500 companies, E-trade Financial and Wells Fargo. He also holds his California Real Estate Brokers License and was the founder of So Cal Rebate Realty, an innovative real estate brokerage that provided rebates to home buyers. Now his focus is growing his Mortgage business with C2 Financial and has been with the company for 15 years. His sole mission is to provide the best borrower experience possible for his clients and referral partners. Scott holds a B.A in Business Administration from the University of San Diego
